Job summary

Moog in East Aurora, NY is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead site finance and accounting, partner with the Site General Manager, and drive financial performance across cost accounting, manufacturing metrics, and reporting.

You will build a high-performing team, own budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and compliance with ASC 606 and SOX, while delivering actionable insights to improve productivity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
• Professional qualifications like CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial leadership and partner with site leadership to drive performance.
• Own budgeting, cost control, and KPI tracking for productivity and profitability.
• Oversee product costing, standard cost processes, variance analysis and inventory valuation.
• Manage inventory controls and working capital improvement initiatives.
• Ensure financial controls, ASC 606 revenue recognition and SOX compliance; support audits.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
