Job summary

Moog is seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Control Manager for onsite work in East Aurora, NY. You will lead a planning and inventory governance function to drive strategic vision for the site and ensure efficient material planning aligned with growth and new product introductions.

You will manage cross-functional teams, optimize SOPs, partner with IT on dashboards, and govern part data across systems. A strong background in lean initiatives and leadership is essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience.
7+ years of leadership experience managing multi-level teams.
Proven ability to develop and deploy tactical and strategic plans to meet objectives.
Continuous improvement mindset with lean manufacturing experience.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead direct reporting capacity planners and inventory analysis across functions.
Develop and deploy material planning strategies for inventory management.
Create tools and standard work to drive continuous improvement in materials.
Lead SOP meetings to align demand forecasts with supply plans.
Collaborate with IT to enhance inventory dashboards and data accuracy.
