Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing, project management, or customer service leadership experience.
At least 2 years of direct supervisory experience.
Experience with ERP systems; Oracle preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and track record of executing initiatives.
Structured, methodical problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Production Control team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Analyze workflows and capacity constraints to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput.
Collaborate with production, planning, and inventory teams to improve order flow.
Develop and maintain a dynamic production schedule aligned with demand and resources.
Establish supplier partnerships to enhance flexibility.
Communicate delivery changes due to delays or shortages.
Review and forecast demand for the machine shop.
Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and development.
Foster accountability and collaboration through clear communication.
Partner with Supervisors to support data-driven labor and equipment decisions.
