Responsibilities

• Enter new orders and maintain production information in the ERP system.
• Ensure routings, documentation, material selection, pricing, and delivery expectations are complete.
• Process order changes promptly and communicate updates to teams.
• Lead production planning across multiple programs balancing capacity and schedule.
• Interpret MRP messages for procurement decisions and work orders.
• Collaborate with inventory and procurement to confirm material availability and on-time delivery.
• Monitor work orders and address shortages, engineering changes, and priority shifts.
• Respond to customer requests on feasibility, lead times, status, and quotes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in Production Control.
