Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain related field.
• 4 years of experience with MRP, Production Planning, and/or Supply Planning.
• Solid analytical skills.
• Detail Oriented.
• Self-Starter.
• Capable of working cross functionally in a dynamic setting.
• Good working knowledge of SAP/IBP.

Responsibilities

• Plan short- and long-term to align supply and demand to support customer needs.
• Project forward-looking WIP positions and customer implications.
• Facilitate collaboration meetings with stakeholders to review loading plans, expedites, and roadblocks.
• Monitor weekly and monthly supply plans, prioritizing WIP as needed to avoid delays.
• Drive root cause analysis on delays in outs and provide early warning to the customer service team on potential misses.
• Manage portfolio in key aspects of business planning including Revenue Attainment, Scheduling Integrity, WIP reconciliation.
