Job summary

Wolfspeed seeks a Demand Forecasting Analyst in Durham, NC to own consensus demand forecasts, gather data, analyze trends, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align demand with supply and financial goals.

This role supports S&OP processes, buffer planning, inventory management, and lead time allocations, acting as a bridge between business and operations while driving continuous improvements in forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of analytics and forecasting experience.
• Strong Excel and BI tool proficiency (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience in SAP IBP forecasting and S&OP processes.
• Ability to translate data into actionable decisions for cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead consensus monthly demand forecasts for assigned product lines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to reconcile demand with plans.
• Prepare and present BU Demand in monthly S&OP meetings.
• Communicate changes in demand and risks to stakeholders.
• Drive forecast accuracy improvements and inventory optimization initiatives.
