Job summary

Wolfspeed, Inc. in Durham, NC, seeks an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Demand Forecasting Analyst to lead consensus demand forecasts, align with Sales, Operations, and Finance, and drive improvements in forecast accuracy and inventory management.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and BU leaders to present BU Demand and support the S&OP cycle, while pushing data-driven improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/SC/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of analytics and forecasting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and BI tool familiarity (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with SAP IBP and forecast modeling.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own consensus demand forecast for assigned product lines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, BU leaders, Finance, and Distribution.
• Reconcile operational plan with sales, manufacturing and finance objectives.
• Present BU Demand in monthly BU Demand Meeting in support of S&OP.
• Drive forecast accuracy improvements and inventory optimization.
• Communicate significant demand changes, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvements in IBP and S&OP processes.
• Manage metrics: forecast accuracy, attainment, and backlog reductions.
