Wolfspeed is seeking a Business Planning Analyst to join the Power Business. You will work with the Factory Planning team, Customer Service and the BU to execute supply plans, track WIP, validate starts and ensure timings meet customer demand.

In this role you will plan short- and long-term supply, analyze WIP positions, lead cross-functional meetings, monitor plans, and drive root cause analysis to prevent delays. Collaboration is key in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain field.
• 4 years of experience in MRP, Production Planning, and/or Supply Planning.
• Solid analytical skills.
• Detail Oriented and self-starter.
• Capable of working cross-functionally in a dynamic setting.
• Good working knowledge of SAP/IBP.

• Facilitate collaboration meetings with stakeholders to review loading plans, expedites, and roadblocks.
• Monitor weekly and monthly supply plans, prioritizing WIP as needed to avoid delays.
• Drive root cause analysis on delays in outs and provide early warning to the customer service team on potential misses.
• Manage portfolio in key aspects of business planning including Revenue Attainment, Scheduling Integrity, WIP reconciliation, etc.

Here’s the Gist:

The Business Planning Analyst will work within Wolfspeed’s Business Planning team supporting the Power Business. This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

• BS in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain related field
• 4 years of experience with Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Planning, and/or Supply Planning
• Solid analytical skills
• Detail Oriented
• Self-Starter
• Capable of working cross functionally in a dynamic setting
• Good working knowledge of SAP/IBP
