Job summary

TechnipFMC plc is seeking a Production Planner to manage the end-to-end planning and scheduling for designated product families. You will release orders, coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing teams, and ensure data integrity across planning systems.

The role requires 2+ years in production, strong SAP/ERP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills, plus excellent communication and time management in a fast-paced environment. Some travel may be possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years production and manufacturing work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a valid production plan and detailed work center schedule that meets demand while optimizing resources.
• Release manufacturing job orders and subcontract orders; maintain the dispatch report.
• Develop detailed schedules and ensure clear communication to suppliers, warehouse, manufacturing, and customer service.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing and suppliers to resolve quality issues and order discrepancies.
• Monitor closed order variances and document reasons; identify and communicate constraints.
• Maintain system date integrity and adhere to QAPs related to planning, purchasing, and master data.
