Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Production Planner to develop and maintain production plans that meet customer demand while optimizing inventory and capacity. You will translate forecasts into executable schedules using Oracle Manufacturing and Demantra, ensuring material availability and on-time delivery.

Collaborating with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Program Management, and Suppliers, you will drive planning accuracy, manage exceptions, and support continuous improvement across the supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in production planning or related areas.
• Experience with Oracle Manufacturing, Oracle ERP, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/MPS, production scheduling, inventory control, and forecast management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans and schedules based on orders, forecasts, inventory targets, and capacity constraints.
• Convert demand into production schedules supporting customer commitments and operations.
• Manage planning data, lead times, and forecasting parameters within Oracle.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Manufacturing, Engineering, Program Management, and Operations to align plans.
• Communicate schedule risks, shortages, and recovery plans to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, inventory turns, and on-time delivery.
