Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal-level Supply/Demand Planner to drive end-to-end planning for assigned products, partnering with Sourcing, Demand Management, Finance, and suppliers to build resilient supply plans, optimize inventory strategies, and quickly resolve supply-demand imbalances that impact revenue, customer delivery, and margin.

This is a highly visible, self-directed role requiring independent leadership, cross-functional execution, and effective communication of forward-looking supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in supply/demand planning or related leadership roles.
• Expert-level Excel skills (advanced modeling, pivots, forecasting/scenario analysis).
• Ability to communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own supply plans in partnership with Sourcing, Demand Management, and suppliers to meet customer commitments.
• Create inventory strategies balancing service levels, cost, and working capital.
• Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps and lead cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions.
• Assess forward-looking revenue capability and supply risk for executive decision-making.
• Coordinate supply allocations with internal teams and suppliers to optimize outcomes.
