Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal-level Supply/Demand Planner to drive end-to-end planning for assigned products, partnering with Sourcing, Demand Management, Finance, and suppliers to build resilient supply plans, optimize inventory strategies, and quickly resolve supply-demand imbalances that impact revenue, customer delivery, and margin.

This is a highly visible role for a self-directed planner who can operate independently, lead cross-functional execution, and communicate forward-looking supply

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Supply/Demand Planning or related leadership
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Expert-level Excel skills with advanced modeling
Ability to communicate progress and risk to senior leadership

Responsibilities

Develop and own supply plans with Sourcing Management, Demand Management, and suppliers
Create inventory strategies balancing service levels, cost, and working capital
Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps and lead cross-functional actions
Present results and recommendations to stakeholders across Supply Chain and Finance
Mentor junior planners and support management on ad-hoc initiatives
