Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United States is seeking an experienced Operations Planning and Analysis professional to lead SIOP, production analytics and financial cost estimation. You will build models, track KPIs, and drive data-driven decisions that scale facilities and optimize capacity against customer demand.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams to develop scalable processes and tools, while delivering actionable insights and value across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, industrial engineering, engineering, supply chain, finance, or a related analytical discipline.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing or production operations, with involvement in capacity, planning, analytics or cost analysis.
• Strong data and analytical skills; able to work with operational and financial data in manufacturing context.
• Basic coding experience (SQL and/or Python) or ability to learn programming tools quickly.
• Ability to build, improve, and document processes and tools; strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Resource & Capacity Planning (SIOP): manage the end-to-end planning process and model facility scale and capacity against orders.
• Production Operations Analysis: develop KPI tracking and insights to improve performance.
• Cost Estimating & Financial Analysis: build tools for part cost estimation and pricing analysis.
• Cross-Functional Process Development: design and maintain processes connecting business and production teams.
