Job summary

AGM Container Controls, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Production Job Planner to create and manage the production schedule. You will coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Quality Control, Engineering and Sales to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Two-year college certificate and 1–6 months at AGM Container Controls, or related training.
• Sufficient English reading/writing/speaking ability.
• Strong clerical and customer service skills are required.
• Basic math and record-keeping skills for production planning.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer the production schedule for the production process.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Quality Control, Engineering and Sales.
• Initiate material requisitions and track materials in process.
• Communicate production status and meet delivery dates.
• Maintain inventory, shortage, and material status records in ERP.
• Support in-plant material transfers and routing to meet schedules.
• Track purchase orders, jobs, and material flow; address delays.
