Job summary

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. is seeking a Production Control Manager to lead materials planning, production scheduling, and a professional team across manufacturing, procurement, and customer-facing roles. You will ensure alignment with forecasts, optimize inventory, and drive on-time delivery while controlling costs.

The role requires strong leadership, ERP/MRP experience, and the ability to navigate a dynamic environment with cross-functional partners to meet customer demands and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field (required).
• Minimum 5 years in production control, supply chain, or manufacturing operations (preferred).
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems (preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials planning and production scheduling with cross-functional teams.
• Manage PC&L budget tracking and monthly forecast updates.
• Oversee inventory control, planning, and distribution to meet goals.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize holding costs, obsolescence and expediting expenses.
• Lead cross-functional monthly SO&P meetings; validate customer demand, inventory targets, supplier constraints, line capacity, headcount, overtime, etc.
