Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to manage the movement of materials and finished products, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will collaborate with Materials Planning, Warehouse/Stores, Project Management, and Logistics to support shipments and delivery commitments.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, shipping, transportation, warehousing, materials, supply chain, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment planning and execution, including outbound shipments and scheduling with carriers.
• Maintain shipping transactions and documentation in SAP or ERP systems.
• Serve as primary contact for carriers and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status.
• Monitor distribution performance and identify improvement opportunities.
