Job summary

Novae LLC is seeking a Purchasing professional to support manufacturing operations by purchasing required materials and services for consistent output. You will manage supplier relationships and provide planning and control information to optimize inventory and costs.

The role emphasizes data analysis, cycle counting, and timely purchase order processing to ensure project and production needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in purchasing within manufacturing, RV, or trailer manufacturing preferred.
• APICS certification desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review requests and interact with suppliers and operations managers.
• Verify requisitions against master list and clarify items.
• Drive continuous improvement for inventory and cost control.
• Provide data analysis and reporting to Regional Purchasing Manager.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts.
• Schedule deliveries and verify stock before processing orders.
• Prepare purchase orders and verify receipts and payments.
