Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate and optimize manufacturing schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient use of resources.

You will balance forecasts, inventory and capacity while working with procurement, manufacturing and logistics to secure materials and resolve conflicts. The role requires 2–4 years in production planning, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong data analysis, ERP/APS proficiency, and cross-functional communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in ERP/APS tools; strong data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on forecasts, inventory, and capacity.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure material availability.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to changes in demand or resources.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with QA, procurement, manufacturing and logistics to synchronize activities.
• Maintain records of schedules, inventory levels and work-in-progress.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Complete all required documents accurately; follow 5S and safety policies.
