The Production Planner is responsible for coordinating and optimizing manufacturing schedules to ensure efficient production, on-time delivery, and optimal inventory levels. This role works closely with operations, procurement, supply chain, and warehouse teams to align production plans with customer demand, material availability, and capacity constraints.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand forecasts and customer orders
• Coordinate with purchasing and supply chain teams to ensure raw materials and components are available for production
• Monitor production capacity, machine availability, and labor resources to optimize scheduling efficiency
• Track work orders and production progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Adjust schedules as needed due to material shortages, equipment issues, or demand changes
• Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow
