Matrix Adhesives Group in Durham, NC seeks a Production Planner to coordinate material and production planning for North America, optimize inventory levels, and support cost reduction. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with customer service, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time delivery, manage BOMs and ERP data, and lead kaizen initiatives to improve planning processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in purchasing, inventory planning, Lean Manufacturing, ERP systems (MS Dynamics MRP), and demand planning.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and adjust replenishment plans to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
• Support cross-functional projects including new product introductions and cost reduction initiatives.
• Develop and analyze manufacturing, inventory, and customer data to support decision making.
• Manage ERP data for BOMs, materials, and routings; maintain MRP updates.
• Collaborate daily with customer service and sales to align materials planning with business needs.
