Sub-Zero Group, Inc. is seeking a supply chain professional to support a team of 22 buyers, planners, and coordinators in Madison, WI. The role focuses on procurement, planning, and supplier collaboration to optimize costs and performance.

The position offers growth opportunities, with exposure to supplier qualifications, engineering change communications, and process improvements in a leading luxury appliance company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience.
• Team player and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with suppliers for best price and service guarantees.
• Analyze and explain purchasing variances.
• Support supplier quality improvement initiatives and supplier quality returns.
• Analyze material requirements and issue PO releases/MPS orders.
• Expedite/de-expedite orders as production demand changes.
• Collaborate to resolve system vs. actual data discrepancies.
• Maintain system planning parameters and data integrity.
• Communicate shortages to enable alternate planning.
• Execute inventory reduction plans to increase turnover.
• Complete special projects as directed by leadership.
• Develop standard costs based on market factors.
• On-site reviews of supplier facilities and capabilities.
