• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or inventory control preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple orders, material requirements, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Prioritize production orders based on customer needs and available resources.
• Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure realistic schedules.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for shortages or urgent orders.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve conflicts to minimize delays.
• Ensure work orders are released accurately and on time.
• Review material requirements to ensure material availability.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to address shortages and expedite materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and supplier lead times.
• Track order progress and communicate potential delays.
