Job summary

Hydrafacial LLC is seeking a Production Planner to convert inventory requirements, material availability, and capacity into executable production plans. The role owns the schedule, maintains a rolling outlook, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to keep manufacturing on track.

Responsibilities include creating and releasing work orders, monitoring capacity, and driving improvements in planning accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in production planning or materials planning in manufacturing.
• Experience creating schedules and short/long-range capacity plans.
• Experience releasing and monitoring work orders in ERP/manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of MRP, BOMs, inventory transactions, and production workflows.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a rolling 4-week production schedule.
• Determine sequencing and adjust as priorities or capacity change.
• Develop a 12-month capacity plan using forecasts, labor, production rates, and material readiness.
• Monitor production performance, update parameters, and take recovery actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse to resolve constraints.
• Review outcomes and track schedule adherence and capacity utilization.
