Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in production planning, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to extract data from a warehouse management system and perform basic data analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of WMS wave planning software to evaluate issues and maximize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Track raw material and inventory flow to supply production lines and coordinate with the production team.
• Partner with Demand Planning to understand demand requirements and translate inputs into floor-level actions.
• Coordinate with Customer Service on orders released from the ERP system to the warehouse for unplanned work orders.
• Allocate orders, release work to the production floor, balance workflow and prioritize waves.
• Ensure proper documentation and notes are added to all work orders in the system.
• Monitor released wave progress through Pick, Pack, and Ship and report delays.
