Banner Engineering seeks a Production Planner to partner with plant leadership in Minnesota, driving daily production planning, scheduling, and inventory control. You will own backlog management, protect on-time delivery, and collaborate across buyers, operations, and supply chain to resolve bottlenecks.

Strong ERP and Oracle experience are preferred. This in-office role reports to the Planning Manager and requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of production planning experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong Excel and ERP system experience; Oracle is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own backlog management, ATPs, fill rate, and inventory flow for assigned product lines or areas.
• Develop, maintain, and adjust daily and weekly production schedules to meet demand.
• Create, release, prioritize, and update work orders within the ERP system.
• Monitor progress and revise schedules for on-time delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and material shortages; drive timely resolutions.
• Balance production demand with inventory constraints to support customers.
