Responsibilities

• Enter and manage orders, production jobs, and schedules in ERP.
• Adjust job dates, quantities, and priorities.
• Review MRP suggestions and maintain stock levels.
• Track order status and manage expedited or rework jobs.
• Communicate schedule impacts to stakeholders and coordinate cross‑functionally.
• Collaborate across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to meet production needs.
