Job summary

Quality Air, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner & Scheduler to coordinate the flow of work across Sales, Project Managers, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Field Operations.

You will develop and maintain the daily/weekly production schedule, balance workloads, and adjust plans as priorities shift to maximize shop efficiency. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing/planning and hands-on ERP/MRP experience, preferably in HVAC or fabrication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing, production planning, project coordination, or scheduling.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, sheet metal, fabrication, construction, or industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Associate degree in Business, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of work and develop daily/weekly production schedules.
• Balance workloads across fabrication resources and adjust as priorities change.
• Verify material availability and coordinate with Purchasing on shortages/delivery dates.
• Provide order status updates to project managers, service, sales, and customers as appropriate.
• Process production transactions within ERP and maintain production records.
