Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Business, or similar; or equivalent work experience.
3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel; SAP experience preferred.
Demonstrated initiative, problem solving, customer service, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain summary schedules to meet customer demand.
Act as primary information conduit between operations and commercial departments.
Perform schedule analyses such as critical path identification, schedule risk identification, and variance investigation.
Monitor capacity and identify constraints using level-loading, expediting, and outsourcing.
Identify and resolve critical schedule issues proactively.
Lead resolution of urgent product manufacturing issues to support the master schedule.
Integrate and analyze data related to backlog and history.
Compile and analyze KPIs and visual management indicators.
