Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant production planning or manufacturing experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ERP software proficiency required, with Epicor preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems for production scheduling, inventory management, demand planning, and reporting is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
• Inventory management expertise.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• CPIM or CSCP certifications preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with department supervisors to create detailed production schedules.
• Manage inventory by monitoring material levels and avoiding shortages or excess.
• Utilize ERP planning software to create purchase orders and track material flow.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between inventory records and stock levels.
• Coordinate production activities with multiple departments and forecast future needs.
• Communicate delays in due dates to customer service.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and other issues impacting schedules.
• Build and manage supplier relationships for favorable terms.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Track production costs and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Review MRP suggestions to release work orders.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements.
