Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience or a 2-year/Associates degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• Preferred familiarity with project scheduling and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform critical path analysis to identify delays affecting production schedules.
• Analyze material configuration and job order status using Windows-based systems.
• Coordinate workflow across work centers to secure resources and meet deadlines.
• Communicate schedule development to stakeholders and management.
• Conduct risk and continuous improvement analyses to drive solutions.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 32 pounds; overtime and second shift may be required.
