Fillauer in Salt Lake City is seeking a Production Planner to plan, coordinate, and optimize production of orthotic and prosthetic devices. You will develop detailed schedules, manage inventory, and collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and customer service to meet delivery goals.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and proactive with strong communication skills and a focus on continuous process improvement.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Degree in supply chain/ops or business admin preferred.
• ERP proficiency required; Epicor preferred. CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems for scheduling, inventory, and reporting highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Create production schedules based on forecasts, orders, and capacity.
• Monitor inventory to avoid shortages or excess stock and adjust accordingly.
• Coordinate with departments to meet production targets and ensure quality.
• Review MRP suggestions and release work orders for production.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to production flow.
• Communicate delays or changes to customer service and planning teams.
• Maintain data integrity and comply with industry standards.
