3M Brownwood, TX is seeking a Production Planning Analyst to join the Brownwood facility and oversee end-to-end supply chain planning. You will collaborate with multiple sites and suppliers to balance service, inventory and cost while driving data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes planning analysis, production scheduling, and collaboration with manufacturing and demand planning teams to meet targets and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed and verified prior to start with two years of supply chain experience.
• Master's degree in supply chain, management or business may substitute for experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage the supply plan by purchasing raw materials, scheduling production and finished goods inventory for multiple areas.
• Coordinate with other locations, suppliers, and business teams to meet service, cost and inventory targets.
• Provide planning analysis to support data-driven decisions.
• Publish and present service and inventory metrics, results and gap analysis using data.
• Parameter management: optimize production lot sizes, cycles and safety stocks to balance inventory and service.
• Identify and implement supply chain process improvement projects.
• Work with the business team to understand customer requirements and forecasts; coordinate with manufacturing and planning teams.
