3M in Maplewood, MN is seeking a Master Production Planner to design and implement production planning and inventory control across key assets. You will work on capacity planning, S&OP, and master scheduling, ensuring efficient information flow and material readiness.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and several years of manufacturing and supply chain experience, including Lean/Six Sigma credentials and CPIM/CSCP certification.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of combined supply chain and/or logistics experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Three (3) years of Manufacturing Plant Experience.
• Two (2) years of Production Planning and/or Lean Production Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain or related field from an accredited university.
• APICS CPIM and/or CSCP certification.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma – Green or Black Belt Certification.
• Experience with Inventory Parameter Management.
• Experience with Inventory Parameter Management

Responsabilités

• Designing supply chain solutions in production planning, inventory management, and material/information flow.
• Implementing supply chain solutions across the extended value stream.
• Leading strategic capacity planning for division assets.
• Supporting S&OP Supply Review & Master Schedule Review processes.
• Supporting the production planning process across key assets.
