3M Brownwood is seeking a Production Planning Analyst to support end-to-end supply chain planning at the Brownwood, TX facility. The role focuses on managing materials, production scheduling and inventory across multiple manufacturing areas to meet service targets.

You will collaborate with various teams and locations to drive data-driven decisions, optimize lot sizes, and lead process improvements while balancing inventory and cost objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and two years of supply chain experience, or Master’s degree may substitute for experience.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Data analytics experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage the supply plan by purchasing raw materials, scheduling production and managing finished goods inventory for multiple manufacturing areas.
• Coordinate with other 3M locations, external suppliers, and various business teams to meet service, cost, and inventory targets.
• Provide a high degree of planning analysis to support data-driven decision making.
• Publish and present service and inventory metrics, results, and gap analysis using data analytics.
• Parameter management to optimize production lot sizes, cycles and safety stocks to balance inventory and service.
• Identify and implement supply chain process improvement projects.
