Job summary

Swagelok in Solon, Ohio is seeking a Planner who will manage production schedules for a product family, balancing shop capacity, raw materials, and customer priorities. As the primary Supply Chain contact, you will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, drive continuous improvement, and support capacity and product flow initiatives across sites in Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Strong analytical skills, MS Office proficiency, and a background in supply chain are preferred to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain feasible production or supplier plans.
• Escalate disruptions and troubleshoot problems.
• Develop rapport with local and cross-functional resources and/or suppliers to solve problems.
• Proactively escalate customer issues, data integrity issues, and internal backlogs.
• Analyze supply and demand plan and develop a recommended action.
• Understand production and/or supplier performance metrics.
