Job summary

Dover Corporation, Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero in West Chester, OH, is seeking a Planner to schedule and plan manufacturing activities for assigned product lines. You will support military-focused production by coordinating sub-assemblies and finished goods while maintaining inventory Health and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, collaboration with Materials and Production Managers, and support for lean and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical and data analysis abilities.
• Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.
• Understanding of production, workflow, and supply chain concepts.
• MS Office proficiency and MS Excel advanced skills.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and inventory management.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes part shortages and communicates with Materials Manager and buyers.
• Prepares for and attends Design Reviews and New Product Launch meetings.
• Supports material flow improvements including Kanban and pull systems.
• Develops detailed schedules and material requirements for product lines.
• Monitors production times and variances; updates scheduling data.
• Interfaces with design engineering and production to plan development hardware.
• Leads scheduling meetings and tracks action items for special projects.
• Assesses MRP output and plans material requirements.
• Ensures compliance with policies and quality initiatives.
