Corning Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Execution Lead to ensure end-to-end alignment of production plans, materials, and customer service.

You will partner with Plant Planning, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Division planning teams to monitor status and resolve supply gaps while supporting the monthly IBP process and weekly operating reviews. The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years in supply chain roles, strong SAP/ERP expertise, advanced Excel, and a proven

Qualifications

This role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, logistics, or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, planning, production execution, and order fulfillment.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, driving follow-up, resolving supply issues, and contributing to KPI reporting.
SME on planning processes, ERP systems (e.g. SAP), inventory management; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with ownership and execution discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional efforts to identify and resolve near- and longer-term supply gaps.
Support projects and process improvements focused on planning, optimization, reporting, coordination, and execution.
Implement health metrics and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Lead successful execution of the Integrated Business Planning process.
Partner with regional/global planning teams and COE for continuous improvement and standardization.
