Corning Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Integrated Planning to align finished goods production, materials, and distribution with customer needs and inventory goals. You will develop optimized production plans and support efficient site operations.

In this role, you will manage SKU-level production planning, monitor key metrics, and drive improvements using ERP/MRP tools and cross-functional collaboration. This position emphasizes data-driven planning and SIOP participation at Corning.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in production, logistics, or material planning.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret supply chain data and generate planning reports.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain SKU-level production plans across a 13-week rolling horizon; balance demand, inventory, material availability, and capacity.
• Monitor and report MPS, material availability rate, backorder risk, and capacity utilization; track OTIF and inventory.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for recurring planning issues; maintain production parameters and master data.
• Leverage ERP and MRP systems and scenario analysis tools to build optimal schedules and support automation and digitalization.
• Support SIOP by integrating near- and mid-term plans with strategic planning; collaborate across functions on scheduling assumptions and performance.
