The role emphasizes strategic and tactical planning across regions, with accountability for KPIs, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SC or Business is required.
• 8+ years in supply chain planning with global operations experience.
• Proven capacity planning, forecasting, and optimization track record.
• Strong leadership and cross-regional mentoring skills.
• Experience with SAP and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead global capacity and demand planning (SIOP) initiatives.
• Supervise Customer Supply Chain Analysts and ensure alignment with strategies.
• Collaborate with key customers to model demand and forecast consensus.
• Define global replenishment strategies and manage product transitions.
• Drive supply chain initiatives: security of supply, inventory optimization, SLOB management.
• Set and monitor global KPIs across product lines and regions.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects within supply chain processes.
