Grid Technologies in Jackson, MS is seeking a Production and Material Planning Specialist. You will own the master production schedule and material planning, aligning with capacity and customer demands to minimize downtime and improve delivery performance.

You will develop and optimize the MPS, analyze factory loading, coordinate daily with production supervisors, and run periodic MRP cycles to ensure timely availability of parts and materials, while managing inventory for efficient supply chain

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in production scheduling, material control, or supply chain planning in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of MRP and Master Production Scheduling principles; SAP PP/MM proficiency.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the master production schedule (MPS) to meet delivery dates and maximize plant capacity.
• Analyze factory loading and resource availability to identify bottlenecks and adjust schedules.
• Coordinate daily with production supervisors to monitor progress and resolve execution issues.
• Run periodic material requirements planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize working capital and prevent stockouts.
