Mini-Circuits is seeking a Production Control Planner in Melville, NY to develop and maintain supply and production plans aligned with demand forecasts and customer requirements. You will convert MRP signals into production orders, monitor inventory, and collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, engineering and quality teams to prevent disruptions.

Responsibilities include capacity planning, scheduling, data analysis, risk assessment, and implementing continuous improvement

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain management or inventory control in manufacturing.
• Proficient with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM/CSCP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and execute production control plans aligned with demand forecasts and master production schedules.
• Convert MRP signals into production orders and material requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and safety stock to optimize availability.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, engineering and quality assurance.
• Identify and mitigate capacity constraints and plan short- and long-term capacity requirements.
• Communicate constraints to stakeholders and coordinate contingency plans.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning accuracy and reduce costs.
• Triage production delays, material shortages, and supplier disruptions.
