Job summary

Bellmont Cabinets is seeking an Outside Production Builder Sales Representative to drive growth in the Stile & Rail Division. You will build relationships with regional home builders, manage accounts, and own the performance of your territory.

Responsibilities include developing builder partnerships, navigating complex sales cycles, and traveling to job sites and communities. Strong Excel/Salesforce skills and a 4-year degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in builder sales, cabinet design, or project management in residential construction.
• Proven sales and closing abilities with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for executive and field stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel, Teams, Word, and Salesforce for pipelines and reporting.
• Understanding of home building process, cabinetry, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with production builder customers and teams.
• Grow market share by positioning Bellmont as preferred cabinetry partner.
• Own performance and success of the production builder territory.
• Navigate production builder sales cycles including program development and onboarding.
• Travel regularly to job sites, builder offices, and community locations.
