Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Product Specialist - Specialties in Highland Heights, KY to support Transit & Rolling Stock, Wireless, and Central Office Power markets across North America. You will drive pricing strategies, partner with Sales and Engineering, and help optimize inventory and forecasting processes.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, data integrity in ERP systems, and opportunities to influence market growth through research and internal representation of the product team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• 3–5 years of experience across product management, sales, supply chain, or a related business function.
• Experience in a similar role such as Business Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Product Specialist, or Product Management.
• Experience working with an ERP system such as HFA or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and quoting activities by analyzing pricing strategies, coordinating quotations, partnering with Sales and Engineering to develop solutions, and managing product pricing structures and system data to maximize profitability.
• Support inventory performance by collaborating with Supply Chain teams to manage surplus and slow‑moving inventory and improve overall product availability.
• Contribute to forecasting and business analysis by supporting monthly volume, revenue, and margin forecasts, monitoring key performance indicators, and helping identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work cross‑functionally across the business to maintain accurate product information within ERP systems, resolve customer issues, and identify trends that drive continuous improvement.
• Support market growth initiatives by researching new business opportunities, gathering market insights, and representing the product team in meetings and discussions on behalf of the Market Manager.
