Job summary

Verisk Analytics, Inc. is seeking a Product Sales Director to lead a team of product sales executives. You will drive multi-year, complex sales in insurance software and data products, coaching teams to exceed targets while shaping strategic opportunities across Product, Sales, and Marketing.

A focus on AI-enabled selling and cross-functional advocacy is essential. The role offers base pay plus commission with high earning potential, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading product sales with multi-year contracts >$300K ACV.
• Experience aligning Sales, Product, and Marketing across initiatives.
• Ability to influence sales strategy and advise executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Formal sales training in Sandler, Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar.
• Understanding AI's impact on data/analytics sales and ROI storytelling.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Gong, HighSpot.
• Travel up to 25% as required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual team sales goals and align executives to targets.
• Coach and develop team for professional growth and success.
• Establish best practices for discovery, demos, ROI analyses, and proposals.
• Support opportunity strategy with value propositions and pricing.
• Foster collaboration between Product, Sales, Marketing and partners.
• Maintain Trusted Advisor status with the team and customers.
