Job summary

Verisk is seeking a Director of Product Management to own the Portfolio Health strategy and lead a newly formed team focused on AI-enabled portfolio decision intelligence. You will drive discovery, define requirements, partner across engineering, data science, and insurance experts, and guide adoption of high-impact software solutions for carriers.

Qualifications

8+ years in product management or insurance tech leadership.
Experience in property and casualty insurance, underwriting, portfolio management.
Proven track record launching analytics or SaaS products for enterprise insurance customers.
Ability to translate strategy into executable requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Portfolio Health and related vision.
Lead customer and market discovery with carrier leaders and actuaries.
Define requirements, backlog, and lead A/B testing.
Partner with engineering, data science, design, and insurance experts.
Create AI-enabled software experiences detecting portfolio changes and recommended actions.
Ensure data reliability, governance, and human oversight.
Lead product lifecycle from concept through launch and adoption.
Establish success metrics for value, adoption, revenue, retention, and performance.
Own financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Build alignment across business, technology, data, legal, compliance, sales, marketing, and operations.
Coach developing product managers and establish strong practices.
