Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. seeks a Product Platform and Projects Manager to lead the corporate-wide benefit development process for Commercial medical and specialty products.

You will guide ideas from submission through recommendations, ensuring compliance with federal and state mandates while aligning strategic goals with design decisions. The role requires bold leadership in a cross-functional environment, strong negotiation skills, and a focus on regulatory landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
• 8 years of experience in benefits, 3 years of project management or equivalent.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry benefit change ideas from submission through Team review, implementation handoff and monitoring.
• Determine how new benefits fit into the overall product roadmap and annual POWERGrid cycle.
• Serve as SME for benefit design and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Incorporate competitive research and premium impact analysis into development processes.
• Create and maintain benefit design masters and manage handoffs for new product and benefit changes.
• Act as department SME for Individual, Small Group, and Large Group lines of business, supporting PMs and teams.
• Operate with high autonomy to design work plans and organizational strategies for analysis and decision-making.
