Job summary

Cambia Health seeks a Product Platform and Projects Manager to lead the corporate-wide benefit development process for Commercial products, guiding ideas from submission through recommendations with a cross-functional Product Platform Team. The role aligns strategy with regulatory requirements while shaping product outcomes and benefit design decisions.

The position is hybrid with three in-office days and requires relocation or residing near target locations.

Qualifications

• Identify issues, opportunities and solutions and collaborate across departments.
• Lead cross-functional teams and negotiate sensitive issues with diplomacy.
• Meet project budgets, timelines, targets and manage variances.

Responsibilities

• Carry benefit change ideas from submission through Team review and handoff.
• Determine how new benefits fit into the product roadmap and POWERGrid cycle.
• Serve as SME for benefit design and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Incorporate competitive research and premium impact into development process.
• Create and maintain benefit design masters and manage handoffs for changes.
• Act as SME for Individual, Small Group, and Large Group lines of business.
