Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Benefit Development Specialist to analyze, design, and monitor health benefit offerings while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field and at least five years of benefit administration experience.

Responsibilities

Lead ongoing benefit development activities and audit complex benefit contracts to ensure regulatory compliance.
Track, analyze, and present regulatory updates to the Product Platform Team; respond to regulator inquiries.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement, communicate, and monitor benefit-related activities.
Lead the Medicare benefit design bid submission process to CMS for the Medicare PPO line of business.
