Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs supporting medical product development and strategic initiatives.
• Drive standardization across product lines to improve efficiency and reduce complexity.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and product management to develop RFQ proposals with alignment.
• Support scalable platform architectures enabling reuse of modules and technologies.
• Facilitate communication across engineering, operations, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Develop and track metrics to measure standardization and platform adoption.
• Synthesize data into actionable insights for leadership and manage customer communications throughout program execution.
