Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Product Platform and Projects Manager to lead benefit design and cross-functional initiatives across multiple regions. The role requires steering the development of Commercial medical and specialty products within regulatory guidelines while driving strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of benefits experience with 3 years in project management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets, timelines and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry benefit change ideas from submission through Team review, implementation handoff, and monitoring.
• Determine how new benefits fit into the product roadmap and POWERGrid cycle.
• Serve as SME for benefit design and ensure regulatory compliance for state and federal policies.
• Integrate competitive research and premium impact analysis into the development process.
• Create and maintain benefit design masters and manage handoffs for new product changes.
• Act as department SME for Individual, Small Group, and Large Group lines of business, supporting Product Managers.
• Operate with high autonomy to design work plans, resource requirements, and strategies for analysis and decision-making.
